AMBLER, PA — Trax Restaurant & Cafe, a cozy BYOB with outside seating in the
old Ambler train station, will host its first-ever Summer Harvest Dinner on Wednesday, August 25.
Chef/owner Steven Waxman has created a special 4-course menu featuring local produce
from Maple Acres Farm, of Plymouth Meeting, and pasture-raised meat from Rineer Family Farms
in Lancaster County. Each course will be paired with a fresh, seasonal cocktail by Mixologist Tom
Pittakas (formerly of Alison two). The farmers, chef and mixologist will host the dinner and
mingle with guests.

Gazpacho with Jumbo Shrimp
2nd course:
Farm Fresh Vegetable Lasagna
3rd course:
NY Strip Steak with Locally-Grown Oven Roasted Garlic & Tomatoes, Fried Onions & Peppers
4th course:
Grilled Peaches with Raspberry Honey & Chantilly Cream
Seating will be available both inside the restaurant and outside alongside Trax’s lush flower and vegetable garden. The 4-course dinner is $60 per person; $90 with the refreshing & creative cocktail

In the old Ambler train station – restored & opened by Chef/Owner Steven Waxman in 1998. Outside dining in its award-winning garden. Three-course prix fixe dinner available Tuesday through Friday from 4:30-6 p.m. Lunch served Tuesday through Friday 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Dinner served Tuesday through Saturday 4:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
