Fertilizer prices drop worldwide.

Farmers are getting a small break. Urea: US$815/ton to US$247/ton. Diammonium Phosphate: US$1218/ton to US$469/ton. Potash prices still high: Murialte of potash trades at US$875/ton.

    Do you think this is a good thing? I mean… is the production and/or us of fertilizer damaging to our environment? Is it possible that higher prices would reduce their use and lead to more environmentally friendly practices?
